About our Products
What products do you sell?

We offer well-known food products from different Hispanic nations to Australians and Latin American population. We are continuously adding new items to our store. Please feel free to send us an email for any products you would like to see us carry in the future.

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

You can always use the search button at the top of any page to look for a product you cannot find. If the product does not appear in the search, we do not carry the item at this time. Please contact us for any special products you would like to see at Latin Deli in the future. We would love to hear from you.

To compliment our product lines we will keep you informed on our site about other Shops & Delis around Sydney where you can get other Latin goodies that you may be looking for.

 
About Ordering
How can I order from Latin Deli?

To begin shopping at Latin Deli, click on one of the category buttons on the left. You can view our products and order by clicking on the "order" button. Once you have finished shopping simply click the checkout button. You will have an opportunity to see your shipping charges prior to entering your credit card information.

What about backorders?

We will not backorder any items. However, if we do not have an item in stock we will remove that item from your order and you will not be charged for it. When the item becomes available we will notify you via email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card). We have a minimum order amount of $25.00 AUS Dollars. If there is no order icon for a particular product, the item is temporarily out of stock.

What about sales tax?

Sales tax GST only applies some foods items indicate like taxable by Australian Tax Office. Please check www.ato.gov.com regarding GST.

 
About Shipping
What shipping company do you use?

Latin Deli uses the shipping services of Australian Post. We offer our customers four methods of shipping to all state in Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping costs are calculated by Australian post Table based on the order shipping weight, shipment destination and the selected shipping method ( Ground, Next Day Air etc.).

When can I expect my order to arrive?

That depends on the selected shipping method.

Normal post - provides prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery for all your routine shipments. For customers in Australia.

 

Orders normally are shipped out next business day unless you are notified otherwise.

How can I track my shipment?

Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email notification than parcel have been send. Deliveries by Australian post are very secure.

 
About Security & Privacy
Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. Latin Deli takes the issue of security seriously. Every time you send us your credit card number, billing and shipping information, we keep your details safetly in other computer than don’t have Internet access technology to prevent your information from being intercepted. We also encrypt your credit card information when we store your order. In most of the case we destroy the information after use to make more safety.

Will you sell or give my personal information to any third party?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We will never wilfully give, sell, barter or disclose any customer information about you to any third party. We appreciate your business and respect your privacy.
